0:53 was actually scary af. The old lady IS indeed pennywise. If youve never read the book or seen the original TV movie thing from 1990, or dont remember from It part I, Pennywise can shape shift. The house and the tea and the old lady, its all an illusion. The house is actually decaying and falling apart, Bevs father has been dead for quite some time and after that the house was never moved into so it began to fall apart. Pennywise lured Bev into the house to attack her. After she escaped in the original, Pennywise shape shifts back into the clown and the building is shown for real, the illusion falls away. Im excited to see how they did it in this movie.
